This is an AMD Ryzen 5 5500, and its condition is completely brand new. It hasn’t been used before, and it’s still in plastic sealing. It’s not in a sealed box, but it is sealed in plastic, and it has never been used—absolutely brand new.
The seller shipped the product in reasonably prompt amount of time and the item came in a good box, intact and was presentable. The item was basically as described and although there was a lil issue the seller worked with me and made it right very quickly. Excellent fast shipping. The CPU had no signs of use so it was certainly open box and as described. Unfortunately, I returned the CPU to this seller because I found a much better deal. BUT, only because I got an amazing eBay coupon. This CPU was already a great deal and I would 100% buy from this seller again in the future. They were very professional about the return and didn't even ask for a restocking fee.
