  1. Seller accidentally shipped the shoes to the wrong person, thankfully that person was willing to download a new label and complete the shipment to me, which took a lot longer. When the shoes arrived they were not a women’s size 10 as described, they were a men’s size 11. I notified the seller and they promptly refunded my money and apologized for the shipping issues and wrong item description. More care is needed to insure items are described accurately.
