Package arrived extremely well packaged with MANY MANY FRAGILE STICKERS showing which was the top of the package. Unfortunately, the FEDEX carrier either placed a very heavy item on top of the box crushing the top of the box about 2 inches or dropped it. It arrived at my front door on it's side! Had it not been for careful packaging by the seller the damage was only limited to the flip up plastic manual paper insert shelf coming loose on one side and I had no trouble snapping it back in place.
The item I received was different than the one purchased and the seller issued a PROMPT TOTAL REFUND WITHIN MINUTES of being notified by email. I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in how this matter was handled and would certainly be very happy to deal again with such a total customer satisfaction solution being instantly offered. Just a simple mistake but was handled promptly to my total satisfaction. FIVE STAR seller in solving an unfortunate issue.
