Awesome seller! Pictures clearly highlighted the condition of the item. Item came in the original box essentially press fit into another cardboard box with no protection between the two, but it came in perfect condition regardless. Communication was great. I had won the item on a Thursday and messaged them on Monday asking about potential ship dates. They pulled my order up and pulled it and shipped it the same day inquired. Would do business with again and again!
It’s been almost a month since I’ve received my product from this seller and everything has been working very good so far! The gpu came in as described with the missing bracket but that was easily replaceable and it still works great as intended. the packaging was also very good and secure. Shipping was also very fast and on time. Communication could’ve been better but otherwise very trustworthy seller.
item arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Only complaint is that the RJ12 cables we not included in the packaging but the were in the item description, contacted seller and was told that they were "looking for them" and that was all. not enough of an issue to warrant Neg feedback but enough to be noted as i had to source cables myself. Pedals work fine otherwise.
