The Switch came as described - new, in box, and the recipient was very happy with how everything looked, and how much money they saved by buying from this seller. The Switch we got is the same quality one would expect from buying in a store. The screen protector that came with it was both damaged, and the wrong size, and when I contacted the seller, they responded back quickly, and sent out a replacement screen protector right away. It came well protected. Would definitely buy from again
I was excited to order a new red Nintendo Switch OLED Mario console, but sadly, it wasn't shipped in a cardboard box, and the top corners of the box arrived crushed, like the box had been dropped! I was concerned that the internal components might have been damaged, so I sent it back. The company was nice enough to give me a full refund. For this reason, I decided to leave positive feedback. I ended up purchasing a new black and white Switch OLED console locally, and I love it.
Chromebook arrived in excellent condition as described, maybe even better. Item arrived about 16 days later than predicted, but this is no fault of the seller as it was shipped quickly but stayed in USPS limbo for several days with no updates. Seller was responsive to messages. I'm not a fan of USPS shipping choice as I've had this happen before with them as well. Otherwise, highly satisfied with purchase!
