Listing, Handling, Packing, Labeling, Shipping & Communications as described though in fairness it was A+ with box size, label & exterior packing slip pouch with details, bubble wrap & inside anti-static bag. Fair Value, would buy again. A snafu with USPS needed help from seller. Received prompt help and prevented the box from being returned to seller (for no reason). In the end, I had to retrieve it from the local post office (because a new USPS employee has no brain). Great Seller, A+.
I received the computer in very good condition . Delivery was fast and the unit was very well packed to protect it. The computer was exactly as represented by the seller. When I went to customize the computer I found out that the Windows 11 Pro Operating system had not been activated. I contacted the seller and they stated that to include an activation key would be cost prohibitive. However, they offered to refund my cost for a key or return the computer for a full refund. I got a key.
Let’s start by saying I was a little worried about purchasing used drives on here however I was very pleasantly surprised Packaging 10 of 10 Items are exactly what I ordered in appearance and quality Shipping time was great The condition of 8 of the 9 drives is acceptable 1 drive probably damaged in shipping is clicking loudly but for the price I’m not sure I even consider this a loss and probably won’t even reach out for the return on it Overall I will buy again A++++ seller
