The box was a bit torn and smashed in the corner which was not present on the shipping box, so it must have been present prior but I do not recall it disclosed. The game console unit itself and contents were in new condition and work well as expected. Yes I would buy again from him. It did take longer than predicted to arrive. Watching the shipping tracking, it took him several days before getting it shipped out.
