The item was shipped and delivered within a week. The packaging was sufficient, and the laptop arrived as described (the newspaper did leave a lot of dust; best to avoid it for future use). Unbeatable value, was searching for this specific model for some time. I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase as I used to own the same laptop model in the past, and now I am able to use it once more. Thank you so much! I recommend this seller, 5/5 stars!
Fast shipping, followed through with a request to switch to Canada Post. Everything came as described, even packed the original controller which wasn't pictured. Packaging was decent, well taped and each item was paper wrapped well. They even took the time to answer some of my questions afterwards, Would definitely work with them again and recommend!
The tablet and keyboard were just as described. A little clean up and they work just fine. This we an exceptional value for including the keyboard. The computer was packaged well and shipping was fast considering from Canada to US. The Tariff fees were a major negative but that can not be helped right now and not the fault of seller.
