"Positive" feedback because, in the end, I got a refund. But, seller's communication is 3/10 at best. Long story short, the seller listed the item as "used" when it fact it was "for parts." I didn't catch the condition / description discrepancy until after I paid :( That's my fault. But I immediately requested a refund and the seller was MIA until eBay forced their hand with time limits.
