Shipping was a little long but everything arrived in pristine condition no visible marks or anything I got “excellent condition “ refurbished and I can say that’s what I received for around 400$ i say it’s definitely a deal seller actually communicates with you if you have questions I’d definitely recommend them to a friend or some on in search of refurbished products

The product was as described and seems to work well. Picture is slightly misleading as you need to buy the base separately, but it's only $12 from Lenovo. Still a good deal and the company is responsive.
