Issue Description: BIOS Boot Loop: The board successfully powers on and allows entry into the BIOS menu, but it is unable to boot past that point. Attempted Fixes: I have attempted to resolve the issue by both updating to the latest firmware and rolling back to previous BIOS versions, but the problem remains. Repair Potential: This could be a great project for a technician with the tools to re-flash the BIOS chip or diagnose the board further.
