  1. Totally satisfactory until I noticed the paper tray was missing from the printer. Although described as Open Box this should have been noticed but was not before shipping. I notified the vendor the next day but was told they couldn't replace it with another one as it would damage the tray taking it from another printer. The shipping price (approx 75% of the buying price) was too expensive to return but Vertex did offer a $5 refund which I accepted. However I have heard nothing further.

  2. Everything was fine! I was a bit sceptical about using EBay for getting myself a product but (thank you vender) all is fine. The printer was well protected. The delivery was faster than expected, and what is most important to me, was the fact the printer was clean. So this is a huge plus! Means the vender cares. And of course, the printer works great. Thank you so much. Great price, great condition, works great.

  3. It was an older unused model of a Canon printer. The box was not like new, but the printer was new and it worked fine after hookup. I am very happy with the way the price and sale turned out.
