Item arrived on-time, was packaged very well. The item didn't function as indicated; however, the seller was very quick to offer solutions and worked with me to try and correct the condition. Unfortunately we were unable to get the unit to cooperate. The seller was very good at communication and a quick refund was processed. I would certainly do business with this seller again.
This is the highest level of customer care I have ever seen on eBay. The power bank came in original new packaging. The only issue was that the short USB-C cable was missing. They contacted me and offered me to send the replacement cable or send the partial refund. Overall, the level of service was the same as I had on Amazon but never expected to see here. Thank you!
