Item was shipped from Europe to USA in what could have been a foam Taun-Taun. I sliced it open like Han Solo and saw my item. It has been shipped exactly as described and listed. Unfortunately, this meant some of the RCA jacks and power cord were still plugged. Two of the plugs snapped in the jack, and I am still trying to get the pins out. Seller was good with communication from the start, and through this issue. We were able to come to an agreement. Stood by, made right, good customer service.
