The ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 came exactly as described and with no issues after a week of using as my daily driver, the packaging was perfect and seemed like for once someone actually put thought into making sure a fragile machine such as a laptop was safe in transit. I got this machine for good value while bidding in one of their auctions. While there was a delay in shipping that frustrated me, I understand that isn't the seller's fault but other than that this seller is 10/10 and I would buy again.
Great delivery, product, and seller responsiveness. 1) The item was well-packaged and delivered fast. 2) The product was as shown in the photos and very clean and functional. 3) However, the listing had typos and T14 was listed as T14s. 3a) I reached out to the seller and they promptly suggested a refund but I decide to keep T14 because it is in a great shape and value Will definitely buy from the seller again Just check the photos carefully just in case unintentional typo happened.
