  1. Received the PC and the GPU inside was broke. Not really sure of how the damage was done, the seller offered to either give me a refund or a new GPU. I accepted the GPU and it was sent to me right after he was able to find one, (took about a week and a half extra time.) The seller was responsive but very limited and took some time. Over all I think they helped me out and we settled on something agreeable. I will use this seller again for sure. Good transaction imo. PC works great now!

  2. Damage isn’t as bad in person as it looked in the photos. This a good thing! (As described). They did a great job with the photos and setting expectations. It’s actually very beautiful and you can’t see the damage unless you look for it. Shipping was fine other than the fact I hate paying for shipping. No complaints there. Packaging was good, and considering I saved $80-$120 vs a new one the value is great. I’m Very happy and it looks beautiful with my new build.

  3. Item arrived as describe and was shipped promptly. Seller could have used more care to package, as he shipped it in the inventory shelf box and it was clearly not suitable for shipping through the carrier, as it was all busted up, smashed and broken. I am surprise the hub did not fall out during shipping the box was damaged so badly because it was not intended to be shipped in the light duty box it was stored in.
