I was sent wrong item and then seller could not send original item. Seller told me to keep wrong item and offered substitute for unavailable item which I accepted. Both items came as gifts from Amazon, so I’m not clear if seller has control over stock or just ordering from Amazon. Although I am disappointed that I didn’t get the item I originally purchased, the seller was very good at maintaining communication and offering solutions to make sure I was satisfied in the end.
