The ATS Double EM(4) Stacked Shingle came from requests from units for a hard-sewn shingle style pouch that held two EM(4)/EM(16) magazines in a single-height configuration. Stacking shingles has become a very common practice, and the Double EM(4) Stacked Shingle simplifies that process. Each magazine is held in place by its own bungee retention strap.
