My licorice was wet & sticky so I tossed the bags. I didn't get to share with the mailman. It was shipped quickly, packed well. I'm sure it would have been yummy like the green apple was. I contacted seller to inform them of condition. I feel good about leaving good FB cause the seller did not just ignore me, apologized & asked what I 'd like them to do. I asked for nothing in return cause they were more than ready to make it right. Sometimes just being willing to assist is all needed. :)
The seller has fast shipping & was packaged well. Seller was willing to negotiate a reasonable price. My only problem with this item was that the box was somewhat crushed. I purchased this as a Christmas gift so the box being damaged is a letdown. The item itself is in good shape & it's fault myself for not actually asking questions about condition of the box. I would still recommend this seller as I received exactly what the listing was for, in a timely manner, for a reasonable price.
The item was well packaged and arrived quickly. There was a minor issue with the item that was originally missed by both parties but after careful inspection, was actually visible in the listing photos. The seller offered a partial refund, allowing me to attempt to repair the item. I accepted the risk and failed, my fault. I am completely satisfied with the seller regardless of the outcome.
