The grates are genuine Weber parts, so quality is assured. The price offered by this seller was excellent, far below others. The only frustrating aspect was tracking the shipment because a tracking number was issued long before the item shipped. Once the shipper had the item I received it the same day. Ironically, the shipper was Amazon. But all worked out well in the end.
Item arrived quickly, within 2 days and seller did a nice job on packaging it nicely. One corner of the photo frame had scratches and a gap, so I just super glued it together since I don't have time to return and it looked OK. It is as described; however, seller needs to check merchandise for any defects before sending out.
