  1. Shipping was slower than I'd like but considering that my area is understaffed in the trucking department then it's all good. Packaging was minimal and allowed the power supply to move around a little too much, but for a metal box, not so bad. Came around for a second try as described all because the seller was happy to commiunucate to them when there was a mistake. The value of this unit is good, since I paid only a hundred and some change compared to the multi hundred of other units

  2. The PC was super clean, packaged very well and was excellent value for the price. The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Would buy from them again.
