  3. Package arrived quickly, and the items were as described. Packaging, on the other hand, was terrible. The cooler arrived with bent cooling fins. Just dumped in the box (a very weak box on its 3rd or fourth trip through the mail) next to a cooling fan. The fan was wrapped in bubble wrap that I would use for a much larger item, so it really didn't help any when the weak box was crushed in transit. Fortunately I only needed to CPU cooling fan and not the heatsink.
