So I received my item that I purchased and it wasn’t in the condition it was advertised. I ended up reaching out and whomever I spoke to was willing to give me a partial refund so I could get the 3 cds resurfaced. I appreciate the person hearing me out and said he would talk to his employees about adding the wrong information. I appreciate the person hearing me out and meeting me in the middle. Making this upsetting purchase into redeeming themselves. I will definitely give them a second chance
Controller works perfectly, and was delivered very cautiously in a medium size box stuffed with... packing peanuts!? (and ofc bubble wrap around the controller!) Has some mushy buttons and very used sticks, but otherwise is expected for 20$ used of a controller that normally goes triple that price brand new. All in all item came as described, works perfect, and came very protected.
These people are not good, they’re fantastic. They advertise no shipping, but I gave them my UPS Number and they packed the product. Unbelievable. It arrived as described and was an absolutely outstanding value. Look at my feedback you can see it’s 100% and I can tell you, these people are better than 100%, they were amazing.
