This company has great products with great prices, and they are customer service oriented where I can assure you that your problem, if any, will be resolved in timely manner and if they it is not resolved the refund is guarantee. I have ordered a gaming PC, and when I received it, it was malfunctioning, and as an IT professional I know systems can malfunction. I contacted them, and they promptly responded and initiate refund and they gave me the option to send new one that I declined.

  2. Seller contacted me 5 days after confirming my order paid in full, to say they raised the price and required additional payment. I refused. They shipped the computer the next week. In the end, I got the computer at the originally listed price. It had not been cleaned. It was properly packed. All advertised parts are there, and everything works. I will not do business with pc-buy again.
