At First i though i didn't get what i order because when i bought the item they just gave me a tracking number but it didn't arrive at the usps facility so i waited,i chatted with the seller about where my order was and he apologize saying there was a problem with the usps facilty so he ask if i would like to refund the money or replace the item and i said just replace it..overall im still satisfied because it's not seller fault and he communicated with my question,thank you seller😊😊
Great seller. While there was a minor glitch in not everything being sent initially - most likely a screw-up in shipping - it was rectified immediately and the missing bits sent very quickly. Stuff happens and - unless it is happening in ER - it doesn't really matter. What matters is how the vendor responds. Here, the vendor did everything correctly to satisfy the customer. Good job.
