I write this with a smile. The seller says open box and I buy open box items when I can to save on money(senior on Soc Sec). The product is new as described and works as it should as I have used it 2 days now and no problems. The price was great and the color red that I wanted. The outer shipping box was in good condition and well sealed. The Keurig outer box was in a considerably crushed state so I was somewhat worried. But the inside packaging around unit kept coffee maker in perfect condition
Price , Description & Delivery Time were great ! One small problem - one of the Containers had a loose Lid & some of the soap leaked out - which couldn't be noticed before shipment because all 4 Containers were sealed in outer packaging. The USPS did put it in another Plastic Wrap with a note on the Plastic Wrap stating "Received in Damaged Condition".
Recently I received the wrong item but I was able to return the item and repurchase the item. So they did correct their mistake and I just received the correct item. Conversation with them was great except for the fact that they do not answer messages on the weekend. But all in all I would purchase from them again. Thank you
