First, the communication was awesome with seller replying to my questions/request within 1hr satisfying my request to show me evidence the M28 batteries will hold a charge. If the seller was not willing to work on my request I would not have purchased this Milwaukee M28 Hammer Drill. Secondly, the packaging was top notch, lots of bubble wrap, packing paper and cardboard keeping the item safe.
