  2. I give 2 stars because of a biweekly shipping delay, When I bought, no shipping happened as if I have not made an order. I had to contact the seller to tell him to ship the item. Again when items were received they were 5 and one of them was broken which was not described, Still it works but of course the overall experience is just in-between because all the items actually work as expected which is the most important. This seller looks to always fall in my searches and I seem to love his items .

  3. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Laptop was as described and is better than expected for the money. This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++
