It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on. Disappointed in the Shipping, which went from Texas to Mississippi, then back to another part of Texas, Then it sat for there for Days. After THAT mess, It wasn't track-able until its Delivery. Typical for fedex. Employing Goobers and EX-CONS. THEN, Seller accepts NO communication., as i found out during the shipping fiasco. "SPECIFICALLY" "This seller accepts no correspondence."
