Love the Item! Shipping was on par. Packaging was decent. Item was as described. Value was ok. Tag said 20.00 on cap, I got it for $15.00. Tried to deal with seller as they had it up for " OR Best Offer". Declined every offer, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger for the price they were asking. Usually, I can make a deal with sellers.
