  1. Paid $11.80 shipping. Seller shipped Ground Adv costing her $7.10. Took 15 days to receive. (To be fair, she shipped day after I paid, and it was during holidays- paid 12/15-received 12/31). However, I paid more than enough for Priority Shipping (would have cost $10.20.) I contacted seller. Was told I "chose" Ground Advantage, and she does what eBay tells her???
