Cleats were shipped in a plain poly mailer, which they shredded through...because they're cleats. It looks like they were new when they were sent but they got scuffed up on the way. Not enough damage to make a fuss, but its enough to mention as feedback to the seller for future shipments.
Shoes were brand new and arrived on time. Seller sent me a partial refund for returning the shoes even though I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I believe the seller was fair and I wouldn't have a problem doing business with them again in the future.
