Upon receiving “new” item, I found it was used. I did not mind it being used, but could not use item to its full potential. I contacted the seller to question the issue and find a resolution and, without hesitation, was fully refunded. The seller explained the process to acquire items that they sell and it was no fault to their own that they were given a mislead description of the item as well. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again as they stand by their policies.
Unfortunately, the batteries and power pack were not in the box, which appeared sealed, but had been repackaged before the seller ever had the item. Cushion was new though. Seller and I quickly discussed the situation and worked out a solution! Thank you so much!
The item came as described. New and in unopened box. Highly recommended. Works perfectly! Worth its cost! Looks amazing and fits perfectly in the kitchen! Seller was great and fast to deliver the item. Very much appreciated!
