The shoes are in really good condition actually, exactly as described in the listing—they look even better in person! The insoles you can see a little wear but that happens easily the soles of the shoe however are literally perfect. Seller accepted my offer & gave me these at a really great price. Excellent condition boots, as described and pictured. And a great price! They were packaged poorly, loose in a non-padded bag with no protection, which was cut/damaged in shipping and stuffed all folded over into my mailbox. Luckily the boots were not damaged but I strongly recommend better packaging to avoid issues in the future. They are gorgeous boots and my daughter loves them!
