  1. Seller sent the wrong item. Initially took responsibility and offered a solution that would allow me to keep the wrong item and purchase the correct one at a steep discount. However, things then became sketchy. They requested I cancel the return request. This would ultimately void eBay's buyer protection. I stated that I would do so only once the correct product arrived. Seller became upset, delayed shipment of correct item, and went back on their word that I could keep the product. Beware.
