My experience with the seller was positive. However, it took me over a week to locate my item from Fedex. Apparently, it fell out of the back of a Fedex truck. Fredex stuck it in a distribution center in Ct without contacting me. Thank goodness it was packed correctly by the seller. It sustained some nicks and scratches and a ear was bent some. Easy fix. I would never do business with Fedex.
The product I ordered, was a great product but because of a shipping issue the package was bent which caused the trim to bend in a way that it would not adhere to the body of my car, the issue was with the shipping not the seller but they were quick to refund my money to correct the issue.
