This fuel system replaces your factory low pressure frame rail mounted pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side of the AirDog® hooks up to the factory suction line. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog® Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system. Check out our installation manual for a list of parts that are included with this kit. The PureFlow AirDog® universal fuel sump helps aid aftermarket fuel systems by utilizing gravity to pull fuel from the tank. Our redesigned sump has both a suction and return port! We integrated a dual o-ring seal to prevent leaks! The installation of our fuel sump eliminates the common 1/4 tank suction issue associated with a draw straw-style fuel pickup. This sump is manufactured in America using corrosion resistant components. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy's Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment.
