For those unaware there was a large price increase by the United States Postal Service on the weekend of July the 13th . Shipping rates that were under 5 dollars for one small traceable package are now averaging a little over 6 dollars 💸. That does not include our shipping supplies as well . This is just for your information as some of our regular customers have questioned our normal lower rates. Communication, shipping time, and packaging were great. The bracelet itself was listed as silver, but the charm was bronze/gold and the band was silver. This particular bracelet wasn't originally sold as a two-tone bracelet, but I don't think this error was done purposefully. After contacting the seller about this, they offered a full refund, including shipping. It was handled very promptly and professionally.
Seller communication was excellent. Very fast shipping, super low price. My bracelet was exactly as described, love it! When I bought two more bracelets they refunded shipping on those and shipped all three together. One of the best buying experiences ever! Highly recommend.
