The order was shipped out very quickly. Found out that this was the wrong part I needed. Found out they made 3 carbs for this trimmer. explained this to the seller. Not only were they very nice about taking the unit back, they told me the model number I did need for it. Even though they didn't carry that model. I have never had a seller that went above and beyond to help out a buyer. I highly recommend this seller.
Great seller and product. Item arrived exactly as described, in excellent condition, with good value for the price and a clean appearance. Packaging was good. However, shipping took much longer than expected and tracking updates were unclear. Would recommend the seller, but shipping needs improvement.
