Seller was dishonest about where the package was shipping from. I was given a fake FEDEX tracking number. It was delivered by a completely different courier (SpeedX) with a different tracking number that showed it was actually coming from China, and caused unnecessary confusion. The package arrived and the box was damaged, almost completely crushed. Fortunately, the item itself was not broken.
Very pretty and arrived safely in lots of bubble wrap and in great condition! It’s exactly as shown in the listing, and is a beautiful figure. The tracking number did not work for me until the day the package got delivered, so I wasn’t sure when it would arrive. But the seller was very communicative and helpful when I had questions about shipping, and it was worth the wait
The item was shipped out of China, not the location that's listed. It came packaged in a bubble envelope with the box folded down and figure outside of it. With that type of packaging, the box got bent up, not ideal since this is intended as a gift.
