We build all of our air boxes with 5052 series aluminum for high strength, good looks, and superior corrosion resistance. This air box is designed to use a 4" flange I.D. filter. The reason we chose this filter is because it has an opening 6% larger than the stock filter, or any other filter available for the stock air box. As we all know, more air equals more horsepower. Standard features on this air box include a removable lid, provisions to allow the use of your stock drain boot, and the stock crank case vent tube. Nice people to deal with, while on this Radiator, I had to do some re-configuring with the M14x1.5 barb fittings. The seller was kind and provided a credit, and also assisted in trying to be helpful, and advised on it. It's a beefy radiator, and while driving the car around, it's kept it cooler than the stock Mercedes W123 radiator I had on it before! Packaged nicely and safely, and quick shipping! Packaged good ,quick shipping ,item looks to be as described, it bolted right only thing was had to grind a v shape in the cross member bottom outlet patruded out about a 1/2 inch to far not a big deal just a little grid time .so far I would recommend it to anybody and would buy from this seller again.
The condition and quality of the item was spectacular. it came perfectly packaged and undamaged. although it did not fit due to my incorrect miscalculations, the seller helped me find a solution and offered me a refund and to keep the item! 10/10 service.
