The part we received did not match the advertised image and indicated it was OEM for our refrigerator model. Our part matched the advertised image. What we received did not match our refrigerator original part and we could not get the refrigerator to recognize it. However, the shipping was fast, response to our inquiry immediate, and resolution wonderful. We were provided a return shipping label. Had it not been for the part not matching, this would have been a perfect 5-star transaction!
In addition to having to replace my fountain control board on my older model refrigerator, I needed to replace the old worn overlay. I found it here and they were great to even double verify that it’s a match. Great communication, fast and secure shipping and good pricing. I replaced the board and overlay and now the fridge runs good as new!
