Highly recommend this seller. I initially purchased this rug in a smaller size and rug arrived a couple inches short of item description. Seller provided a fair solution to resolve this issue, refunding half of that item, without need to return due to international shipping issues, and having me purchase next size up and refunding half of that price once rug arrived. This new rug was far better quality than the previous rug and fit my space much better. This seller was excellent in communication
Lovely, vibrant brand-new rug. Clear, bright colors that compliment the "Old Narnian" castle feel I was going for in my decorating. Is it a hand-tied masterpiece (they don't claim it is)...but the price reflects that, lol. If that's what you want expect to add some extra zeros onto the price. What I got was an affordable, beautifully printed rug with a non-skid backing that will be easy to clean. Super happy with my purchase!
