Big issue was shipping time 2 weeks for a $600 item is not ok this should’ve been shipped with more of a priority granted yes the holidays but I bought stuff way after this and received it on time no issues. Now for the impact itself it was as described and seems to work great and they actually did a great job with the packaging so A+ there just please next time pay the few bucks more and ship Priority even Fed Ex/UPS ground would’ve been faster then the shipping method used.
I ordered a PS5 from them and it arrived quickly, answered my chats within 24 hours, everything was individually wrapped in MULTIPLE layers of bubble wrap so it arrived very safely, exact same item shown in the pictures, and runs perfectly. I would 100% recommend this seller. My only complaint is that it showed it would be shipped with USPS but when purchased it shipped with FedEx but that’s my only complaint. 100% recommend this seller
