Seller was quick to ship my package, did the next day from the day I ordered which was nice. Also, the package arrived days before expected arrival date. Packaging was full of tape outside which I didn’t mind because I could tell the seller wanted to make sure it didn’t open on the way. Items looks as described, I did buy an open box item so I don’t expect it to be perfect however the item looks good condition very few and small imperfections which I’m okay with. Great value.
The product arrived brand new, but unfortunately there was a noticeable scratch/defect on it. That said, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally. They quickly offered a discount to make things right, which I appreciated. Overall, despite the minor issue, it was a good experience and I’m satisfied with the customer service.
