In good condition - some old reinforcements on the backside - I also did some with a couple of small pieces of Filmoplast Archival Paper Tape; two areas of small elongated black stains on the back side of at a couple of folds - as shown. Approximately 7" X 3 1/2" when folded as issued. Shipped in plastic, between stiff cardboard with delivery confirmation.
