With the majority of the piece made up of a fine link 14K Gold (marked on clasp) chain, the bottom 10K Gold (marked on back) pendant section features a filigree design with faceted diamond rounds. With the majority of the piece made up of a fine link 14K Gold (marked on clasp) chain, the bottom 10K Gold (marked on back) pendant section features a filigree design with faceted diamond rounds. The gems appear to be old cuts - the 3 top stones measuring about 2 points each with the larger bottom stone measuring about 3mm (10 points). Weight of the necklace is 3.6 grams. Length of the necklace is 15.25"; pendant section alone measures 1-1/2" x 1-1/4". Barrel closure with a heart shaped tongue and a safety latch for added security. Very nice condition with a darkened area around the one jump ring on the left side. It's possible there was a repair there at some time hence the darkened area (gold only tarnishes after about 50 years). A lovely piece that can certainly stand being worn on its own.
