My apologies to the seller. The seller was correct!! I drove to the USPS as I indicated I would. The person at the desk was more than rude! However, she went in the back and came out with the lace!!! I said "I never received any notice, why is it just sitting here!?!" She said "not my problem" ... as she looked at me with a frown and turned around like I didn't exist!! I have never seen anything like this from a USPS!! This is multiple times now where the package is never delivered.
