A beautiful antique brooch featuring a large natural citrine with warm golden-orange color and original hand-chased vermeil openwork. The piece is fully wearable and converts to a pendant. Stunning original late-Victorian / Edwardian convertible brooch-pendant, German Empire or Austro-Hungarian, ca. 1890–1910. • Large natural citrine, deeply faceted, foil-backed, beautiful golden-orange colour with natural inclusions • Elaborate hand-chased gilt silver (vermeil) openwork mount – classic Central European / Kaiserreich style • Fully functional C-clasp brooch pin + integral pendant bail • Exact dimensions: 41 mm tall × 31 mm wide (1 ⅝ × 1 ¼ inches) • Weight 17.5 g • Excellent original condition – no chips, cracks, bends, or repairs; original patina, never cleaned or polished A bold, highly wearable example of late 19th/early 20th-century Central European jewellery.

  1. Relatively quick shipping. Quality packaging. Padded envelope, bubble wrap, paper wrapping for each book. The books were as described for the most part. One of the books was pictured as damaged, but the damage was fixable. Upon delivery the book had been glued in an odd manner which will make repair more challenging. Overall great value for the books.
