Description
This is an incredibly beautiful Victorian hand painted floral porcelain brooch. Hand painted delicate pink roses with green foliage and a hint of blue sky. Very talented artist. The painted porcelain was claw set onto brass. The back of the pin shows the old style C clasp and long pin stick mechanism. There is also a special engraving on the back shown in pictures. Probably made around 1900, this piece is in very good vintage condition. The paint is in wonderful shape with hardly a trace of wear other than the outer edges. The pin stick wiggles but stays nicely in the C clasp, due to just-the-right-size opening. Please see pictures for description and condition. One of the left side double claws is missing.
